Concerned for the environment through the increasing generation of waste by society , we emphasise the recycling of film obtained from the waste delivered to us.

We have modern and technologically advanced machinery that allows us to process the film and produce high-quality PE regranulate from it.

The film is manually segregated according to the types of plastic, then shredded in a mill into smaller fractions and the resulting film flake is bathed in adapted flotation tanks. Centrifuges and presses drain and squeeze the water out of the clean flake, after which it goes into the extruder.

The extrusion process involves heating the raw material to a temperature that allows its subsequent plasticisation. The plastic, in the form of a mass, is then pressed through the die, cut and cooled before being placed on a vibrating screen to dry.

The finished regranulate is subjected to quality control, where we check its shape, MFI, moisture content, volume, inclusions, and make a blown film on the extruder.

Our production facilities are capable of producing at a rate of more than 2t per hour, giving us a monthly volume of more than 1,400 tonnes of high-quality regranulate by processing 2,300 tonnes of waste to produce it. On an annual basis, that's as much as 16,800 tonnes of regranulate and 27,648 tonnes of waste.

We are constantly striving to process and produce more by improving quality, so we do not stop developing, investing in new processing technologies, sorting or purification plants, as well as in the development of our employees.

You can meet us at the annual plastics and rubber processing trade fair Plastpol in Kielce, where we present our regranulates as well as watch the whole process of how regranulate is made in our factories during open days.

You are welcome to cooperate with us or visit us in person!
